Chief Executive Officer - CEO

Serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Cityscape, where he spearheads a dynamic organization comprising over 700 real estate agents and employees, while overseeing the company’s rapid business expansion.

With three decades of extensive experience in the North American real estate market, Adnan is widely recognized as a futuristic industry leader and is a frequent guest speaker at economic forums focused on real estate trends.

He is the visionary behind Cityscape’s property technology (PropTech) initiatives. Adnan is responsible for defining the company’s strategic vision, making executive decisions concerning technological interests, and ensuring the seamless implementation of technology strategies that align resource deployment directly with core business needs. His leadership is central to the successful management and execution of both short- and long-term organizational plans.

Dr. Tasneem Zahir

She brings an unparalleled foundation of scientific rigor and innovation to the Canadian real estate sector. Her academic background is distinguished by a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Gene Therapy from the University of Cambridge, UK, followed by a prestigious Postdoctoral Fellowship in Stem Cell Research at Harvard Medical School.

As the Senior Vice President for Cityscape, Dr. Zahir plays a pivotal leadership role in developing and diversifying the company’s rapidly expanding business. Her portfolio encompasses strategic growth across power of sale, property management, new home construction and real estate marketing & sales solutions.

Crucially, Dr. Zahir is a driving force behind Cityscape’s technological evolution. She leverages her background in molecular biology and gene therapy to spearhead the company’s current launch of sophisticated AI and Data-based real estate technology (PropTech) solutions. Her unique expertise ensures the company successfully transitions to and fully encompasses its identity as a truly tech-driven platform in the industry.

Dr. Zahir’s strategic direction has helped Cityscape maintain its 15+ years of success in the Canadian real estate sector, propelling the company past $10 billion in cumulative sales in 2025 and growing the team to over 700 agents and employees, all backed by a proven, scalable growth model.
